Hero Starter Pack

-The patient will be scanned using Hero Utility Belt to assess how well the patient's nervous system is functioning.

-Hero Chiropractic will use the information to consult about the plan of action, questions, etc.

-After consultation and scan are complete, Hero Chiropractic will begin the initial adjustment.

-The appointment will partake in a setting of the patient choosing, such as a home or office.

-Access to the back and spinal cord is needed, so it is not recommended to have an appointment in a public area.

-Takes 30 to 45 minutes.

-Follow up the initial visit.

-Consultation and adjustment.

-Patient progress and goals are recorded.

-Nervous System progress is noted and recorded.

-Takes 15 to 25 minutes.

-Includes assessment and adjustment

-Discounted rate, *requires a minimum of 3 patients.

-Groups of up to 15
